The Chinotto is a bitter orange that has found its way to Burgenland, where it can be transformed into a delicious aperitivo that is otherwise only found in Liguria with cedro, bourbon vanilla pods, Blaufränkisch rosé and a few secret ingredients. Made with a lot of love and entirely by hand! You can take it straight on ice, as a sprizz with Prosecco or mineral water or as a base for cocktails.
