Merlot

Fancy a plum in chocolate? Both in the nose and in the mouth, these two are in command. Cherries are added and a few red berries. A slight trace of salt teases the edge of the tongue. Noble, fresh and elegant is the Merlot, which is anything but off the peg. The tannins are as cool as silk, the texture is very fine and slender. The performance is extremely lively thanks to an increased heart rate and a brisk drinking flow. Classic for poultry.
